Good stay
We loved staying at Raffles, what a lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant.
Good stay but dirty swimming pool
The stay any staff were excellent BUT once I went to swimming pool with my duds my mind was changed because the swimming pool is very dirty , there is black and green dirt on every parts of the walls I have just visited the doctor as my daughter had vesicles on her face just after our stay and he told me it is molluscum contagiosum virus infection from the swimming pool mostly
Great service, amazing food
Our stay at the hotel was fine. The best thing about the hotel was the service and the food. Great service and amazing tasty food. Also the room is wide and has everything in it. The only problem is that the bed was not very comfortable as you would expect it to be. We couldn’t sleep well, the pillows are not comfortable and the mattress is a bit hard. We were disappointed by this. I think you should highly consider changing the quality.
It was very pleasant stay. The whole team were professional and serving you with smile.

Lovely staff and accommodating
Stayed 8 nights. First time in Dubai, right next to the metro station and away from the bustling areas of business bay and JBR. The hotel is beautiful and staff on the ground, especially in the club lounge and for breakfast we’re great! Ahmed at the front desk did a great job in helping us with a few minor issues and relocated us along with finding an Apple box to allow us to enjoy the TV facilities.
Marvelous Hotel, well located and great stay
I highly appreciate the great efforts of Mr. Khalid Zoukri to make our stay a great pleasure, and also appreciate the great help of receptions agent "Vimansa", for her supports and assistance throw-out our stay, and all other staff.

Raffles Dubai is a charming place. The impressions were most enjoyable. All areas of the hotel from the lobby to the conference rooms are very atmospheric and beautiful. All the staff of the hotel does an excellent job. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel has spacious, incredibly comfortable and beautiful rooms. Special thanks to the event management team, to Rose and Victor, for their professionalism and help with our event at all stages. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!
