整体来说，很不错的体验，早餐也很棒。

位置优越，房间环境好

员工非常友善专业，特别是欢迎仪式以及送别仪式感觉非常好。酒店非常重视每位住客的入住体验，实为宾客如归的感觉。

Nice located, nice service

The hotel location is very nice (connected with mall) and the staff service is outstanding (have personal online butler & during stay they provided the refreshments even on the pool). One feedback is meal at breakfast, i ordered steak &egg but when it came more like “daging dendeng” meanwhile i knew from family should be steak.

I love to travel around the world . Our Famiky have Couple hotel by Marriot . And i Have travel a lot with accor also . And Raffles is one of the Beautiful and Good size of Hotel that ihave been Staying . Love the Hotel so much . I am very happy with Beautiful and good size of hotel room .
