Great position and hotel
Very Good it’s our second consecutive year visiting your hotel, the club lounge is excellent, I would recommend better prices for upgrades with rooms on arrival or possibly email any upgrades before arriving, in May 2021 very good prices this year 2022 very high prices.
Excellent holiday location
We stayed at Raffles for 6 nights and during that time we were overwhelmed with the location, service, outstanding amenities and friendliness of the staff. We had the most wonderful holiday and were able to combine days of adventure with rest and relaxation at the beach and around the beautiful pool. It was a trip of a lifetime.
Excellent hotel with professional, attentive staff
Fabulous stay at Raffles for a week in a club room. Extremely attentive Butler, Isuru and his team. Wonderful welcome from Ezekiel in the lobby , with the biggest smile always! My only complaint would be that the half-board allowance should be increased as 295 Dirham is not enough. Also, although our club room was lovely, we booked for three adults as our 25-year-old daughter accompanied us. She ended up with a little camp bed next to ours, which wasn’t ideal! We booked with Emirates Holidays, and we thought the room would be more spacious for three adults, so at least the beds could be separated! This was not made clear in the description.

Really had a relaxing holiday.Attention to detail in all area’s excellent.Staff always ready to help.Unsung heroes are the gardeners, everywhere was immaculate.Beautiful room with a fantastic view.

Overall very pleased with our stay, we felt welcomed and looked after. Cleanliness and service was impeccable. Only improvements we felt were that eating outside was difficult due to the birds and the mini bar was overpriced. Thank you for your service in making our honeymoon stay special.
