Everything just perfect: people, food, resort, villa

It was the perfect retreat: Resort: -beautiful resort, environment. A lot of plants, you have the natural forest hill on pne side, the ocean on the other and everywhere garden, plants and green. The poolarea is also very nice, close from the beach - the tenniscourt has a very good surface (not concrete as usual), they provide you with high quality equipment Villa: - big and beautiful villa with every modern equipment there is, but still feels balinese - a gorgeous ocean view - a nice pool - a lot of privacy and very, very calm - mini bar soft-drinks included, a good coffee and tea selection. Every evening a special tea and sweet bite in the room Food: - just everything delicious, lovely presentation, very good quality - mostly local - we ate in-villa, at Loloan, breakfast at Rumari and had snacks at the pool - also very good drinks People: - They just make all the difference. Everyone was very friendly, interested, smiling, well informed and so, so nice. - Our butler Seva made the already perfect stay unforgettable. He went always the extra mile and beyond. He took so good care of us, that every future holiday experience will miss something - him. He organized everything in and out if the resort. Drove us everywhere. He was so nice and cordial, everything seemed to come from the heart. He even organized us a personal and very thoughtful gift and we found a welcome letter on our villa in the next resort (non ALL) Negative: - if you read my other reviews you will see, that I‘m quite critical, but there was really NOTHING - maybe instead of plastic you could use glass straws

Perfect Retreat to recharge. Our butler was exemplary. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The Villa was a haven. The swimming pool on our doorstep enticing as was the 'cabana', a pleasant place to relax.

Above and way beyond expectations and flawless service.

Having stayed at high end resorts and being familiar with the Raffles hospitality, I was expecting a-lot from this new resort. Well, where do I start on the most amazing experienced i'ver ever had on the best resort i've ever stayed in...MIND BLOWING! The Service: literally above and beyond, the little and finer things matter and my partner and I who celebrated his 40th was speechless to the service, attentiveness and personalisation that was simply the Raffles way. We were quite impressed having been greeted from the General Manager when we arrived. The staff were so genuinely friendly, personal and so fun to be around- right from the front desk, to the dinning, to the pool side bar and even to the retail store- it was consistently top notch service. Big congrats to our butler Mark (whom was just new) catered to our every needs, wants and even brought the magic. He's been the best, most natural and giving butler i've ever come across. Well done and we will be requesting you when we come back! The Resort: the property surrounds is spectacular, its private beach, luxurious main pool, day beds, bungalows and cabanas by the pool, dinning area perched up high with stunning views and walk around the property was just beautiful! The Villa: Jaw dropping- its interiors and detail of the room inside and out was perfection. The bathroom was massive with its Japanese toilet, indoor and outdoor shower, bath tub and the added little touches of life's little luxuries were all included. The Food- breakfast was simply divine, i've never had a finer dining breakfast experience before. If I was to fault something (which would be very minor) would be the bar food which was a bit underwhelming, the pizza more specifically. Overall the best resort i've stayed in which surpasses which I though were the best (Alila, Ulluwatu, Shangrila, Boracay). We cannot wait to be back again- see you very soon!
