Hicups everywhere
Coffee machine is not working; still the same issue as during my stay 3 month earlier in the same room (917). Service delays and misunderstandings everywhere. Complicated conversations; butler service was completely skipt; two nights no turn down service. Extremely poor mini bar; food quality room service was bad: tasteless, burnt bacon and weird steaks; chicken broth from wonton soup was off Inflexible concierge and extremely long check out procedures.
Simply amazing
I loved staying here! The staff was attentive and professional, yet warm and welcoming. The room and facilities were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Mother's day treat
Front desk checkin was welcoming, fast, and very attentive. The experience understood what is special for mom's like me: beautiful room where my family feels comfortable with, afternoon tea, cocktails, a pool that feels private and not crowded for safety.

Perfect for Makati stay
As always, the service was fantastic. From the check in to our check out— Karl assisted us and have so much attention to our needs and requests. Despite the little error during our breakfast, the whole staff made sure to make it up to us. We really appreciate it. Definitely going back again and will recommend to our friends and families.
Small, but Grand
The Raffles Makati has only 32 rooms on two floors of the building which it shares with Raffles Residences and the Fairmont Hotel. Nothing too special about it from the outside. Once inside the Raffles, the splendor and luxury are second to none. That ranges from the warmth, kindness and personal interaction with the wonderful team to the lavish design of the lobby, the super pleasant, relaxed, yet elegant authors lounge, to the Mirejo restaurant, the cool and relaxing "big city feel" Mistral rooftop bar, all the way to the suite itself. I liked the colonial style of the suite a lot, even though I'd say that the layout of the little living room and the study are may just a liiiitle bit quirky, but in a nice way. Only two small points of criticism: 1. The sound insulation to the corridor isn't great, and unfortunately not all Raffles guest have the manners to enable them to close doors properly. The loud banging of room doors and the door separating the suites from the common area near Mirejo was a nuisance. 2. The smoke detector comes with strobe light effects reminiscent of a discotheque. Yes, I understand that it's partly the function to detect smoke particles, but this was really far too bright and flashy for me and there must be better options.

The ambience of hotel was amazing, I really enjoyed my stay with outstanding services. I appreciate the whole management and staff for honoring me with esteemed hospitality.
