入住感覺很好 但是前台2次沒有人 都需要等待,客房服務等一條棉被等2小時還沒有送達 非常讓人生氣 最後還送錯
入住的第二天刚好是自己的生日，在酒店登记入驻的当天，前厅工作人员帮忙准备了一个生日蛋糕，非常惊讶，热心的服务人员还唱起了生日歌。 下午去周围的转了一下，附近的山顶上有一个寺庙，当地人都在十分虔诚的跪拜，一个母亲带着自己的孩子，悉心教导，印象特别深。 晚上在大象酒吧喝了几杯Gin和店里最有名的鸡尾酒，服务人员还特意帮忙准备了水果品牌，因为我说，这个酒吧里面有水果可以吃吗。 第二天一大早起来，吃完早饭，真的是一个大大的惊喜，早晨的时候餐厅服务员问我，今天会出去吗？我当时觉得特别奇怪，怎么问这个问题呀，刚吃完早饭，大家由拿来了一个生日蛋糕，这个蛋糕上面还有我的名字，口味和昨天的不一样，是巧克力的。 真的很开心，虽然吃过饭后，被老板的一个信息打搅到要工作输出，不过这短短的一天时间，真的很难忘，也很感谢酒店的工作人员前前后后给了这么多的体贴了微笑。

Property has lost its earlier touch
I have stayed at the Raffles Le Royal on 4 occasions prior to this visit, and am sad to say that the hotel's standards of service and experience offered have gone down significantly. - Service is disinterested at best, occasionally employees were rude, incompetent, and in one case sinister looking. There does not seem to be a senior manager at hand to supervise and talk to guests. The atmosphere feels extremely cold and unwelcoming. The concierge hardly ever smiled and responded hours late to a simple request via email. - Quality of food has certainly worsened (based on my experiences at breakfast, Authors' Lounge, and Elephant Bar). - Mattresses are too soft and don't allow for a pleasant sleep. - Shower box is very tiny and fixtures in the bathroom leave to be desired. Despite the recent renovation, the property needs some major upkeep. - Only pleasant experience? The cigar lounge, which is not associated with the hotel. A waste of money and will think twice about going back. Too bad since this was one of my favorite hotels across the world.

Yet another couple of wonderful stays!
I stayed at Raffles Le Royal on June 23 and June 24. After a trip around Indochina, I stayed again on July 4 and July 5. On both occasions, I was very much impressed. Le Royal sets a very high standard - and consistently achieves it!
GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE
We loved the hotel, it's garden and the room as well. The food was very good also. And the staff very friendly and helpful.
