位置好，景观好
整体满意，风景很不错～入住第2晚在淋浴间发现很多蚂蚁，床上也发现一些蚂蚁。虽说因为地域原因，有一些昆虫等属于正常，但在房间内出现大量蚂蚁还是有点不舒服
Excellent resort.
We have just returned from an excellent stay at Raffles Praslin. We had a panoramic view villa which was superb. The accommodation was extremely clean and well appointed and views were breathtaking . The staff were exceptional….everyone was welcoming and professional in their role. Special mention to Anne and Hilda in housekeeping…wow those ladies work hard to make sure your room is pristine. Andy one of the buggy drivers had the biggest smile and was always so happy to help. All the restaurant staff were very special and are too many to list but all were excellent. If I was to suggest an improvement it would be the pool area. The pool is huge but there are numerous tiles missing and the whole are is very concrete. This gets incredibly hot and difficult to walk on. The whole are needs “softening “ . Perhaps grass not huge expanses of concrete. We used the beach as we found that more pleasant and cooler. The beach attendants like the rest of the staff were excellent. I was concerned that although beach and pool drinks were in plastic glasses the cold water given to you at the beach and pool was in GLASS bottles! While I applaud the non use of plastic bottles….glass bottles are not suitable especially with the amount of concrete in this area. Metal water containers would be much safer and eco friendly too.
A very unique experience
The place was awesome, everything was just in place and very nice and clean. The only thing that was annoying is the fact you don’t have pricing menu for mini bar. you just need to be surprised on the checkout.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it is the most beautiful location! Everyone was so lovely and friendly and we felt completely relaxed. A very pleasant stay.

Not very good. Mrs Salwa and Aoumima were the best in the resort. I will never get back to Raffels Seychelles again
